TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy   

  • We require a minimum of 9 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a class without penalty.

  • Late cancellations (within 9 hours of class start) and no-shows will result in a $20 late cancellation fee, even for unlimited members.

  • For clients using class packs, a late cancellation or no-show will result in forfeiture of that class credit.

 

Unlimited Memberships:

  • To ensure fair access for all members, a $20 fee applies for any late cancellation or no-show.

  • Repeated no-shows (3 or more in a calendar month) may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges for up to one week.

  • We encourage members to cancel early if they cannot attend — this allows others to book in from the waitlist.

 

Membership Structure

  • Memberships are month-to-month, providing ongoing access to classes and studio facilities.

  • Payments are collected weekly via direct debit.

Cancelling Your Membership

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time with at least 30 days’ written notice before the next scheduled weekly payment.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the notice period, ensuring that the final payment covers your access during the notice period.

  • Payments already processed cannot be refunded, including the final week of notice.

Pausing or Freezing Memberships

  • Members may pause their membership for a minimum of 1 week and up to 4 weeks per calendar year.

  • Pause requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the next weekly payment.

  • Paused periods do not extend the monthly membership term beyond the allocated freeze period.

Refunds

  • Memberships are non-refundable.

Submitting a cancellation or Freeze Request

  • All requests must be submitted in writing via email to the membership team.

  • Verbal requests, social media messages, or notifications via third parties cannot be accepted.
